These terms govern your use of https://oceanicapparel.com and any quotation, sample or bulk order arrangement with Oceanic Apparels Private Limited ("Oceanic Apparels", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry you accept these terms.

1. Nature of our business

We are a business-to-business (B2B) bulk uniform manufacturer. The website displays our product range; it is not an online store and does not process payments. All orders are enquiry- and quotation-based.

2. Quotations and orders

Prices are provided on enquiry and depend on quantity, fabric and customization. A quotation is an estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm your order in writing. Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design.

3. Samples and approval

Samples may be arranged before bulk production. Where a sample or design is approved by you, production proceeds against that approved specification and sizing.

4. Customized goods

Uniforms produced to your custom design, logo, colour or size set are made to order. Such customized goods are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except where they are defective or do not match the approved specification.

5. Customer-supplied logos and content

If you provide logos, names, badges or other branding, you confirm you have the right to use them and authorise us to reproduce them on your uniforms. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your supplied content.

6. Delivery

We manufacture in Chennai and ship bulk orders to your location. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary with order size, customization and transport. Risk passes on dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Payment

8. Quality and claims
